Bethenny Frankel's Post Baby Workout!

Check out this article, "Bethenny Frankel's Secrets to Staying Fit", on Everday Health about how Bethenny Frankel stays in shape after having her baby.  Contrary to what you would expect from the workaholic New Yorker, her new workout regimen is Yoga for only 35 minutes two or three times a week.  Bethenny's new Yoga DVD "Bettheny's Skinnygirl Workout", is available to order at Target and  Judging by her fabulous and fit figure, I think I will give this one a try.  Stay fit mamas!
