Don't you just hate them! Celebrities seem to regain their figures in a matter of weeks!
I came across an article showing a picture of Britney Spears looking much thinner already. Heidi Klum, Denise Richards, Victoria Beckham, Kate Hudson, and many more, all seem to regain their shape immediately after giving birth. They are posing in lingerie while normal women are still wearing their maternity jeans!
How do they do it? Britney is rumored to be on the zone diet and other celebrities claim good old diet and exercise. Seems simple enough, but I'm sure it is a lot easier with a nutritionist, a personal trainer, perhaps a good plastic surgeon and a nanny to watch the baby while you workout for over an hour a day!
It took me a full year to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I imagine that is much more of a realistic time frame! Don't give up, but don't pressure yourself too hard either!
