Amanda de Cadenet and her husband, Nick Valensi, welcomed twins, a boy and a girl, on Thursday.These are the first children for Nick Valensi. De Cadenet, 34, also has a 14 year old daughter named Atlanta from a previous marriage to Duran Duran's John Taylor. Amanda is a British actress who has co-hosted the British late night show "The Word" and has had film roles in "Four Rooms" and "Brokedown Palace." De Cadenet is now a photographer for such magazines as Vogue and Vanity Fair. Valensi is a guitarist for the Strokes. He joined the band while he was still in high school and is the youngest member of the Strokes. The couple met five years ago on the set of an MTV shoot and were married in the Bahamas during the Stroke's summer world tour.
