A production source stated: ''The baby is great news for her, but she had to step out of the movie.'' Elisabeth Shue told US last year about motherhood: ''I think it deepens your life and the focus isn't solely on you, which is healthy. You learn to give yourself in ways that you couldn't have imagined. That really fulfills you.''
Elisabeth Shue, 42, and her husband, Davis Guggenheim, 42, have an eight year old son named Miles and a four year old daughter with the beautiful name Stella.
