Ewan McGregor and his wife, Eve Mavrakis, adopted a 4 year old girl from Mongolia.A rep for McGregor stated: "I can confirm Ewan McGregor and his wife Eve Mavrakis have adopted the girl but cannot comment further." This is the third child for Ewan McGregor, 35, and Eve, 39. They have two biological daughters named Clara, 10, and Esther, 4. Ewan and Eve were married in 1995.
When McGregor did his 20,000 mile motorcycle trip for the "Long Way Round" TV series in 2004, one of his stops was Mongolia.
