Britney Spears' son, six month old Sean Preston, fell as his nanny was lifting him out of his high chair.Baby Sean slipped out of the nanny's arms and fell, causing his head to be bruised. A doctor examined the baby at the house, but Britney and Kevin Federline ended up taking the baby to the emergency room six days later. The hospital was required by state law to make a report to the Department of Children and Family Services, who later visited the Spears/Federline home. Spears' attorney stated: "DCFS immediately responded and determined there was no problem and no reason to open a formal investigation. They determined that the parents weren't involved in the injury and nothing was improper within the home."
